Date: 30/06/10To all Secondary 1 and 2 cadets,
There will be training this Friday, 2 July 2010, from 2.30pm to 5.30pm, Fall-in in Mufti.
Please note that training ends at 5.30 as we will be conducting beach cleaning during training.
The 5 Ndp Sec 2 cadets, you will be going St Hilda’s for community service, therefore, there is a separate list of things for you to bring. Desmond Sir would be your IC for St Hilda’s, further instructions will be given at a later date.
Things to Bring -
1) 1.5 litre bottle
2) Camp Report
3) Poncho (non-disposable)
4) Small Bag Pack
5) Medication, if any
5 NDP Sec 2 cadets:
1) 1.5 litre bottle
2) Camp Report
Sec 1 I/C: Dong Hwan
Sec 2 I/C: An Guo
As a reminder, please submit your reports promptly. We will be collecting your reports then, so please ensure that they are ready for submission. Not submitting your reports will bear consequences. Thus, please remind your fellow squadmates about it too.

System Restoration

To all,The blog system has been restored. However, there will be a few minor changes :
- In future, all report formats will be put under the "resources" tab, under the link "Report Format Posting".
- The modular notes are now grouped together and upon clicking the links you will be directed to the file storage where all the relevant notes can be downloaded at once.
Please take note of these changes, as well as remember to finish your upcoming report and appraisal.
The formats can be found under the above stated link. Download the appropriate format as described by the title of the formats.

System Skydrive and Attachment Overhaul

Dear all,Please note that from 1500hrs on 18/06/10,
All attachments posted on the blog will not be functional.
This is because we will re-organise the online file drive containing the attachments.
If you are missing any resources or attachments, you can get them from your squadmates.
Also, if you are missing any notes, feel free to download them from the RCY website.
The link is in the "resources" tab.
The system should go back to normal by next Sunday, 27/06/10.

Dear secondary twos,In the instructor format, Rasyidah Ma'am's name has been spelt incorrectly.
Please make the necessary amendment and adjust accordingly.
Once again, you are reminded to submit your reports and appraisals promptly on the first training session after the holidays.
Also, we've noticed that some people are not checking the blog regularly.
Please do spread to your squadmates and the secondary ones to check the blog.
Further notices during this holiday period will all be posted on the blog.

Dear Secondary twos,We require you to do an instructor's appraisal.
Please appoint one of your squadmates and come up with the format.
The appraisal is to be submitted separately with the report.
The appointed IC please take note, the deadline for the format submission is 18th June, Friday.
The deadline for the appraisal itself is the same for the report.
Please note that the appraisal has to include all 18 individual secondary threes.

Dear Secondary Ones and Twos,You are required to do a report for the day camp.
Please adhere to the attached format strictly.
The deadline for the report is as follows:
Date: First training session after the holidays
Time: We will collect the reports in hard copy during the training session.
We expect to see your reports done by then.
No excuses will be accepted unless proven valid.
You all are given more than 2 weeks to complete it, thus please use your time wisely.
