Announcement for Secondary Four Ex-NCOS

Dear Secondary Fours,

As my SMS mentioned earlier, there will be a Red Cross Youth Recognition Day (RCYRD) held on the 23rd of July at Woodgrove Secondary School. The objective of this event is to commemorate the effort and hard work put in by the NCOs. As our turnout and response has been small (with only me going) Mdm Rozy has decided to make it compulsory for five people, namely me, Chin Yee, Aisyah, Vivian and Rasyidah. Compared to the other schools this is already very small so please don't say anything negative (Other schools are sending whole squads there) So here are the details:

Date: Saturday, 23rd July 2011
Time: TBC (It will most likely last from afternoon to evening)
Venue: Woodgrove Secondary School
ttire (sadly): Full Red Cross Uniform unless further instructions are given.
If you aren't involved but want to come too, you're welcome to. It will be held in conjunction with ULP's POP, thus our 2 Secondary Three ULs will be there receiving their certificates as well.

If there's any problem and you cannot turn up (for the compulsory personnel), please approach Mdm Rozy directly.

Please note that there will be FDC Training tomorrow from 4.15 to 6.00p.m. Fall-in at the Barbeque Pit at exactly 4.15p.m sharp, in House T-Shirt with TK Shorts. Take note that the selection is still ongoing until Friday's final round of selection. Do put in your best!

To all Secondary 1 and 2 cadets,
There will be training this Friday, 1st of July 2011, from 2.15pm - 6.30pm. Fall-in in Mufti.

For Non-FDC cadets, do note that training will end at 4.00pm.

For FDC cadets, training will end at 6.30pm. We will be conducting a final round of selection for FDC.

Reminder : Please bring along the hard copy of the respective reports as we will be collecting them during training. Not submitting your reports will bear consequences. Thus, please remind your fellow squadmates about it too.

FDC training will resume this coming Tuesday in preparation for the September 3 National
Footdrill Competition 2011 organised by HQ. This Tuesday's training will be the selection of
cadets that will form the FDC squad representing TKRCY at this years competition. 18 cadets will be selected with 3 reserves. The training will start at 4.15p.m. and will last until 6.00p.m.

Attire:
House T-Shirt with TK shorts.
Things to bring:
1. Boots
2. Water bottle (at least 1 litre)

Attention to Secondary 4s (RE: PASSING OUT PARADE 2011)

There will be a POP 2011 rehearsal this coming Wedesday just before the actual parade starting @ 4.00p.m. until 8.00p.m. with a buffet dinner provided. Please block off your time to attend the POP rehearsal starting @ 2.00p.m right until 4.00pm. Please be in MUFTI, and bring your Full Uniform for the parade. As the Secondary 4s will form the Guard of Honour contingent, they are required to wear a Guard Belt that we have obtained form HQ.
