As mentioned earlier on in the past few trainings, your Standard First Aid accreditation is coming up. Hence, during the November camp, we will be revising with you the content and there will also be a Q&A session for you to clear any doubts. You will also be taking your theory paper during the camp, so please do study for it. Please study for your practical as well apart from theory as we will be going through it.

Here are some of the resources you can use to study for your First Aid.
  1. Powerpoint Slides (used during one of the First Aid lessons during training). The slides only have notes on Principles & Practices of FA, Management of Emergencies, Respiratory and Circulatory System. They are sent to your emails, so please do check them.
  2. UnI Channel FA Slides & Notes (click here). Once you open the website, find General > 1. RCY Subject Manuals. There are 6 mirrors for you to choose from. Each of the mirror contains the same content. Once you click on the mirror, you will be redirected to the link. There, you can find the FA notes. If the mirror does not work for you, try the other mirrors.

You are expected to come for the First Aid lessons prepared.

Regards,
CPL Tamly Seah
