To: All Secondary 2 Cadets

Take note that the next submission for your proposal is this Friday (31/10/2014) 2359. We vetted  your proposal. please make the following changes accordingly.
1) Make sure your pages are not messed up
2) Page Number 
3) Spell the names of your squad mates correctly
4) Standardize font size throughout proposal
5) Update Min Nyo Sir's number
6) Remove EVERYTHING that has to do with hike
7) Remove the 1.0.0.0.0 what is this?
8) Jerry can of glucose water. Really?
9) 18 Casualty report forms is not enough
10) Map? School Map? we don't need a School Map
11) Include Ms Liz in list of certified FA
12) Fill Up the "to be confirmed"
13) You are only given 2 FA Bags
14) include map to hospital/Clinic

Secondly, I want all the groups to prepare a lesson plan on what you are going to teach during your camps. 
Click the LINK for the format of a lesson plan. 
I suggest you organize a meeting with your mentors during this week as the Sec 3s will be in school for extension lessons and they can help with your lesson plans to make sure it is up to standard. Submit this lesson plan together with your proposal this Friday. We hope you will plan your time wisely as a squad and finish the task on time. If you need an extension, inform your seniors 3 days in advance.

 There is training tomorrow, 24/10/14, from 2.00pm to 5.00pm. Fall In in front of the Red Cross notice board at 2.00pm sharp. Please have your lunch before coming.

 Attire: PE Shirt and Mufti

Evacuation Notes (taken down from previous trainings)
Blue Waterbottles

 Take note that for this training, there will be a continuation of the accreditation for Evacuation Silver. Spread this message to the rest of your squadmates if they are not able to access the blog for various reasons.

Evacuation Accreditation

  Take note that this Thursday (21/10/14), there would be Evacuation Accred after school from 1-4. Attendance is Compulsory and there would be no retest for being absent without proper medical certificate or parent's letter. Please have your lunch first and fall in in front of the notice board.

Attire: Unit Tee and Mufti

Things to bring: Water bottle

Proposal For Camp and Additional Reminders

  The first proposal draft must be sent in latest by this Friday(24/10/14) 2359. Your Proposal MUST be completed with AT LEAST 40 Pages. Anything lesser would not be tolerated. I only need one cadets to send an email to tkrcyouth@gmail.com with proper email format. We hope that your whole squad can get together to get this proposal completed. If you need any extension with the deadline, please inform the sec 3s 3 days in advance.

Important reminders for proposal:
-Ensure that EACH cadet actively participate in completing the proposal (spread your task evenly ex: nominol roles, FnB etc, you may not use the roles we assigned to you earlier)
-DO NOT copy and paste from the proposal sample! (there will be severe consequences)
-For Your SOE, please include 3 hours for hike (we would be planning for hike, you need not worry)
-For Your SOE, please include 3 hours of lesson (1 hour for each group)
-Zues, Poseidon, and Athena, please inform your Mentors ASAP on what lesson you are going to teach, first come first serve basis (NO REPETITION)
-For Your SOE, please include 1 hour for lunch (please)
-For lunch, you may get a catering or find alternative methods (for must not exceed $4 per pax)
-Nominol Roles please get from your YOs and the Sec 3s as well
-Plan your training wisely, make full use of the time you have (8:30-6:00)
-in any of you feel that your squad mates are not doing work, please report to us immediately (this is suppose to be a group effort, if you guys cannot do it as a squad, there is no purpose to even organize a camp)
-if any announcement that you guys need to make on the blog, please email to the management team to put it up (use correct blog format, contact seniors if not sure)

*MEMORIZE your group cheer before the camp
*we give you full permission to use the chat box on the blog for communicating with your squad mates who are not able to access whatsapp. (Harshini ETC)

Evacuation Silver Accreditation
  Please take note that the accred would be on this Thursday (23/10/14) from 1:00pm-4:00pm. Please check the blog regularly for further notices. Take this evacuation seriously, Revise thoroughly and even though I am not in Charge of evacuation, i expect 100% passes. Study Hard Cadets! :D

Discipline matters:

-Participation in extra lessons
-response level
-posture
-respect towards senoirs
-lack of urgency
-lack of response from messages (I expect EVERYONE to acknowledge the messages we made within 24 hours, we will track down from now on)

  Take note that this Friday's training, you will be dismissed at 6:00pm due to shortage of manpower. On Thursday, there would be a short evacuation lesson from 12-2pm. This is to help you be better prepared for the upcoming accreditation. Accreditation for Evacuation Silver will be carried out on a later date. You would be informed on a later date. please keep in touch with your squad mates. sorry for the late notice, the sec 3s were very busy this week. Attendance for training is compulsory, absence from training must be accompanied by a medical certificate or parent's letter.
