 -only black hair accessories allowed.
-try to keep all your hair in the hair net to make it neat.
-hair net is required even if your hair is short. hair bun is needed for people with long hair.
-avoid wearing coloured undergarments.
-wear a light-coloured/white short (eg. white fbts.) inside so that you will not reveal yourself. (make sure it’s shorter than your uniform if not it will look ugly.)
-iron the flaps nicely according to your body shape.

For Boys

-keep your hair short (above collar). no long side burns.
-belt: the button of the belt should face inwards. align belt buckle, buttons and zip together.
-fringe should be kept under the beret.

beret & cap badge
-season your beret if not you will look like a baker and its awful!
-as for the cap badge, pin it somewhere where the cardboard (the hard thing inside the beret) is. pin it on top of the line instead of covering it. how to wear? when you wear your beret, the cap badge should be above your left eye. and slightly pull down the right side of your beret and you are done! *most importantly, make sure your beret is the correct size for you!

Uniform
- shoulder flaps (the one you put your rank) iron a dead line approx. 1-2cm from the shoulder line on both sides to make it stand so when you put in your rank, it will look good!

collar girls
-iron it flat down. make sure the V is not so low-cut. guys

collar guys
-it should be standing. *as shown in the picture. (tip: you can use clips to clip it few hours/overnight before wearing.)

-enrolment badge pin in on the RIGHT collar. the tip of the kite shield should face the corner of your collar.
-sleeves iron a dead line behind the red colour flash to make the sleeve ‘stand’. *please refer to the pictures if you do not understand.

-name tag wear it on the right side.
girls -> in between 1st & second button.
guys -> should be ‘sitting’ nicely on top of the pocket. not covering the pocket.

-buttons apply a layer of transparent nail polish on it. DO NOT use nail polish remover because the whole thing will be washed away. the pointed part should point down. *including the 2 buttons on your shoulders.
-badges align your badges with your nametag. max 4 badges in a row. eg. if you got 5 badges, you can put 4 (align with the nametag.) then 1 on top. if you got 6 badges, you can put 4 (with name tag) then 2 on top. national badges should be pinned on the right side. eg. NHT, SYF, NDP, national camp, NYAA, SANA etc. p/s: badges like NDP, SYF can only be worn for 1 year.

-socks NO ankle socks allowed!
girls-> white, thin socks. thickness: 2 finger spacing.
guys-> black socks.

-boots polish your boots regularly. DO NOT drag when you walk with your boots. it will lose its friction and spoil easily.

-uniform length
girls -> knee length.(alter the length if needed)
guys -> the pants should not be dragging on the floor.

We hope this camp would be able to help all of you to bond not only as a squad but as a unit. We expect your Uniform to be PERFECT. we will make you re-iron if it is not done properly. we hope you all are prepared and don,t forget to have fun!

Regards,
CPL Zul Iman
